These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and Your Tuscany Expert, govern the use of the Service, and replace any previous agreement between the user and Your Tuscany Expert relating to the Service.<\/span>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

2. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions of Service<\/span><\/h2><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\nYour Tuscany Expert may amend these Terms and Conditions of Service at any time.<\/span>

Any updated version of the Terms will be sent to all clients, and prior acceptance of the updated Terms will be required in order to use the services offered through the website <\/span>https:\/\/www.yourtuscanyexpert.com<\/span>.<\/span>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

3. Nature of the Service and Business Activity<\/span><\/h2><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\nYour Tuscany Expert provides personalised travel consultancy services exclusively online to private clients (B2C), both in Italy and internationally.<\/span>

The Service consists of travel advice and information designed to assist clients in independently planning their travel in Tuscany.<\/span>

\u25cf Provided on the basis of the client’s specific needs and requirements<\/span>

No physical goods are supplied.<\/span>

Your Tuscany Expert:<\/span>

\u25cf Is NOT a travel agency<\/span>

Does NOT sell package holidays<\/span>

\u25cf Does NOT organise trips on behalf of clients<\/span>

\u25cf Does NOT make bookings on behalf of clients<\/span>

\u25cf Does NOT collect payments intended for third parties<\/span>

\u25cf Does NOT act as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers<\/span>

\u25cf Does NOT provide advice regarding travel documents, visas, health requirements, insurance coverage, or any other requirements necessary for entry into or stay within the destinations visited<\/span>

The client independently uses all information and recommendations provided.<\/span>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

4. Service Delivery<\/span><\/h2><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\nThe Services are provided exclusively online through:<\/span>

\u25cf Video calls (via Google Meet and follow-up communication via WhatsApp)<\/span>

\u25cf Email<\/span>

\u25cf Digital documents (PDF format)<\/span>

At the time of purchase, the client:<\/span>

\u25cf Selects the date and time of the video call from the available slots in the booking calendar (platform used: Calendly)<\/span>

\u25cf Enters the information required for invoicing and proceeds with payment<\/span>

\u25cf Receives a confirmation email containing the Google Meet link and a preliminary questionnaire to be completed, designed to collect information regarding the client’s travel needs, preferences, and specific requests<\/span>

Following the purchase, the preparation phase begins, including:<\/span>

\u25cf Analysis of the information provided by the client and preliminary research in preparation for the consultation<\/span>

The performance of the Service begins upon confirmation of the order and receipt of payment and includes preliminary analysis and preparation activities, even where the video call is scheduled for a later date.<\/span>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n
\n

5. Types of Consultancy Services (the \u201cService\u201d, the \u201cServices\u201d)<\/span><\/h2><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\nA) \u201cRefine Your Trip\u201d \u2013 \u20ac70<\/span><\/strong>

A personalised travel consultancy service designed to provide tailored information and recommendations for the independent planning of a trip.<\/span>

Features:<\/span>

\u25cf One 30-minute video call<\/span>

\u25cf Analysis of the client’s needs and preferences<\/span>

\u25cf Personalised recommendations regarding places to visit, experiences, activities, and restaurants<\/span>

\u25cf A summary PDF document containing the recommendations provided, including, where applicable, official supplier websites, informational references (e.g. Google Maps links), and publicly available contact details (telephone numbers and email addresses), solely for the purpose of enabling the client to make bookings independently.<\/span>

The PDF document is normally delivered <\/span>within 5 days of the video call<\/span><\/strong>. This timeframe is an estimate and may vary depending on the complexity of the project and any requests for amendments or additional information from the client.<\/span>

The Service does NOT include the creation of a complete day-by-day itinerary, bookings, travel organisation, intermediary services, operational assistance during the trip, or any guarantee regarding the availability or pricing of suggested services.<\/span>

The Service also does NOT include the booking or management of hotels, restaurants, transport services, or experiences, nor assistance in the event of emergencies, health-related issues, financial matters, travel document issues, payment card issues, or lost luggage.<\/span>

B) \u201cTailor-Made Itinerary\u201d \u2013 \u20ac150<\/span>

A personalised travel consultancy service aimed at creating a structured day-by-day itinerary for the independent planning of a trip.<\/span>

\u25cf The fee includes the creation of a personalised itinerary covering <\/span>up to 10 travel days<\/span>. Should the client wish to add additional days, a <\/span>supplement of \u20ac20 <\/span>will apply for <\/span>each additional day<\/span>.<\/span>

\u25cf The Service may be purchased directly for <\/span>groups of up to 8 people<\/span>. For groups exceeding <\/span>8 people<\/span>, a preliminary assessment of the request is required. In such cases, clients may contact Your Tuscany Expert by email at <\/span>info@yourtuscanyexpert.com <\/span>before proceeding with the purchase.<\/span>

\u25cf Analysis of the client’s needs and preferences<\/span>

\u25cf Personalised recommendations regarding places to visit, experiences, activities, and restaurants<\/span>

\u25cf A detailed PDF document containing the recommended itinerary, including, where applicable, official supplier websites, informational references (e.g. Google Maps links), and publicly available contact details (telephone numbers and email addresses), solely for the purpose of enabling the client to make bookings independently.<\/span>

The PDF document is normally delivered <\/span>within 10 days of the video call<\/span><\/strong>. This timeframe is an estimate and may vary depending on the complexity of the project and any requests for amendments or additional information from the client.<\/span>

The Service does NOT include bookings, travel organisation, intermediary services, operational assistance during the trip, or any guarantee regarding the availability or pricing of suggested services.<\/span>

The Service also does NOT include the booking or management of hotels, restaurants, transport services, or experiences, the handling of modifications, cancellations, or issues relating to such services, nor assistance in the event of emergencies, health-related issues, financial matters, travel document issues, payment card issues, or lost luggage.<\/span>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

6. Clients<\/span><\/h2><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n\u25cf The Services are intended exclusively for private clients (B2C), both in Italy and internationally.<\/span>

\u25cf The Services are provided exclusively in Italian and English. Any documentation provided to the client will be prepared in the language selected for the consultation.<\/span>

\u25cf B2B: The website includes a section dedicated to potential professional collaborations with travel agencies, tour operators, or other businesses operating within the tourism sector (both in Italy and internationally). Such collaborations are assessed separately through direct contact and are not available for purchase through the online Services offered on the website<\/span>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n
\n

7. Payment Terms<\/span><\/h2><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\nPayment for the Services must be made in advance online through electronic payment platforms integrated into the online booking system (Stripe or PayPal).<\/span>

Transactions are processed securely by the respective payment service providers.<\/span>

In the absence of payment, the Services will not be provided.<\/span>

Liability<\/span><\/h2><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n\u25cf The consultancy provided by Your Tuscany Expert is exclusively informational in nature and intended to support the client’s decision-making process. All final decisions, bookings, and travel arrangements remain the sole responsibility of the client.<\/span>

\u25cf No guarantee is provided regarding the results, availability, or pricing of any suggested services or establishments.<\/span>

\u25cf Your Tuscany Expert accepts no liability for safety, travel, and the assessment of conditions relating to photographic locations, scenic viewpoints, or places of interest suggested by Your Tuscany Expert.<\/span>

\u25cf Your Tuscany Expert accepts no liability for services provided by third parties, nor for any changes, cancellations, disruptions, or issues relating to suggested services that may occur during the trip or stay.<\/span>

\u25cf The client is responsible for independently verifying any personal requirements, allergies, intolerances, or other specific needs relating to the suggested services.<\/span>

\u25cf The client is responsible for independently verifying the validity of their travel documents (including passports, identity cards, visas, or any required entry authorisations), as well as the existence of any health, insurance, or other requirements necessary for travel to or stay within the chosen destination.<\/span>

\u25cf <\/span>Third-Party Links<\/em> <\/span>The website, blog, and documentation provided as part of the Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. Your Tuscany Expert has no control over such websites or services and is not liable for their availability, published content, information provided, services offered, privacy policies, or the methods used by their operators to process personal data<\/span>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n
\n

10. Performance of the Service and Withdrawal Rights<\/span><\/h2><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\nThe Service is digital and personalised.<\/span>

 

Following confirmation of the order and receipt of payment, performance of the Service begins immediately through preliminary analysis, research, and preparation activities, even where the video call is scheduled for a later date.<\/span>

 

The client therefore acknowledges that, upon confirmation of the order and payment, they expressly request that performance of the Service begin immediately. Accordingly, the Service shall be deemed fully performed and the right of withdrawal may no longer be exercised, in accordance with applicable legislation (Article 59 of Legislative Decree No. 206\/2005, as amended \u2013 Consumer Code).<\/span>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n
\n

11. Cancellation and Rescheduling of Consultations<\/span><\/h2><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\nAny request by the client to cancel or reschedule a video call may be accepted by Your Tuscany Expert provided that at least 24 hours’ notice is given.<\/span>

In the event of cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend the consultation (No-Show), no refund will be provided and the Service shall be deemed delivered.<\/span>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n
\n

12. Informational Communications and Use of the Blog<\/span><\/h2><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\nInformational communications may be sent to users who have requested them and provided their express consent by completing the form entitled <\/span>\u201cIf you have any questions, send me an email\u201d.<\/span>

Blog<\/span><\/strong>

\u25aaNature of the Content <\/strong><\/span>The articles, guides, and recommendations published on the blog are intended solely for informational and inspirational purposes and do not constitute personalised travel consultancy. Despite periodic reviews, information such as prices, opening hours, and accessibility of locations may change at short notice for reasons beyond the control of Your Tuscany Expert.<\/span>

\u25aaLimitation of Liability <\/strong><\/span>Your Tuscany Expert shall not be liable for any inconvenience, loss, or damage arising from reliance on the free information available on the blog. Users are responsible for independently verifying the accuracy and validity of such information through official sources.<\/span>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

13. Intellectual Property<\/span><\/h2><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\nThe itineraries and materials provided by Your Tuscany Expert in connection with the Services (the \u201cMaterials\u201d) are intended for the client’s personal use only.<\/span>

The client is authorised to view, download, and print one copy of the Materials exclusively for personal and non-commercial use, provided that any copyright notices or proprietary logos remain unaltered.<\/span>

It is strictly prohibited to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, download, or otherwise use the Materials for commercial purposes.<\/span>

Any unauthorised use may be pursued in accordance with applicable law.<\/span>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n
\n

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction<\/span><\/h2><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\nThe relationship between the client and Your Tuscany Expert shall be governed by Italian law.<\/span>

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Florence, Italy, to the exclusion of any other court having jurisdiction.<\/span>

Should an Italian court having jurisdiction over the matter determine that any provision of these Terms is invalid, such provision shall be removed without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.<\/span>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

15. Miscellaneous<\/span><\/h2><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\nThe user agrees that Your Tuscany Expert may provide communications to the user, including communications relating to amendments to these Terms, by email, or notices published on the website.<\/span>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n
